About Vinay Hinge
Vinay has over 20 years of experience in retail technology with clients such as Aditya Birla Retail, Crompton Greaves, Trent (Tata Group), Rediff.com, Innoworth Technologies, ATOS, Wellness Forever to name a few. Between May 2011 to Oct 2012, he was the interim CEO-CTO for Kandor Solutions, a Retail Analytics company. He also previously served as GM-IT of Raymond’s and VP-IT of D-Mart. Between 1997 to 2006, he was the founder and Director of CyberTech Networks. Vinay is a member of Technology Committee of Retailers Association of India (RAI) and holds certifications such as PMP from Project Management Institute and CRISC from ISACA. Ashish is a real estate professional with successful track record of entrepreneurial ventures in F&B (QSR) and online media/content. Ashish has over 10 years of experience in real estate and has worked at ShapoorjiPallonji, Indiabulls, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ, BDA Partners and Deloitte. He has developed close relationships with leading retailers, mall owners, office complex developers and promoters of F&B outlets – which are key targets for BeaconsTalk. Ashish received his MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Diwakar has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance with cross-border M&A transaction experience in industrials, chemicals, FMCG and Life sciences sectors. Prior to co-founding BeaconsTalk, he helped establish the Indian operations of BDA Partners, a New York headquartered investment banking firm. He graduated from Dartmouth College in the US with a major in Economics and minor in Computer Science

Prashant comes from an agency background, having worked with the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Mudra and The Social Street. He has over 11 years of experience, of which 6 years were dedicated to shopper marketing. He was responsible for setting up the shopper marketing business for DDB mudra and The Social Street. Along the years, Prashant has planned and successfully delivered shopper marketing campaigns for brands across industries, such as Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Mondelez, Unilever, Proctor &Gamble, Castrol & Idea. Prashant has received his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The University of Leeds, UK and his master’s degree in Engineering Management from Brunel University, London.
